Ashleigh Rogers is proud of her deep roots in hardworking Southwest Missouri communities. Raised in Dade County, she developed a strong sense of integrity, collaboration, and commitment to the common good.
After graduating from Kansas State University, Ashleigh moved to Houston, Texas, where she began her career in Interior Design. During her time there, she built lasting friendships and gained valuable perspectives that reinforced her belief in the shared values that unite people across the country.
She returned to Missouri 11 years ago and continued her work in Interior Design with an Architecture firm in Kansas City. In recent years, she transitioned into a leadership role as Americas Resource Manager, where she supports more than 500 employees nationwide by aligning individual strengths with career development opportunities.
Ashleigh lives near the Plaza in Kansas City with her partner and their two sons.

Our greatest return on investment is education. My focus will be on high quality access for ALL and increasing teacher & staff salaries.
I stand firmly for policies protecting privacy and equality for ALL. Access to reliable & affordable healthcare is a human right.
I support increased funding for small to mid-sized farms, assisting with conservation, and developing rural Infrastructure.
It takes a village to secure affordable housing & childcare. Increasing loan and grant programs, tax credits, & childcare facility expansion are critical for a multifaceted approach.
I support a pathway to citizenship for workers and families & humane border security utilizing technology & lawful targeted enforcement.
